Three species of the education/clatter view explained
Mike breaks down the three sub-views within this interpretive category.
Sub-view 1: Women lacked education and were asking uninformed questions that disrupted the service. The prohibition is really about uninformed questions, not gender. Sub-view 2: Women lacked social skills/decorum for public lectures and did not know when or how to ask questions properly. Sub-view 3: Women from the cult of Dionysus/Bacchus brought ecstatic tongues or screaming into Christian worship.
