Teaching on a Sunday morning — the hardest case; various approaches churches take

Many say you can't separate Sunday preaching from the elder/pastor role. Baptist tradition: the office IS the function — if you do Sunday teaching, that's pastoring. In that case, easy answer: no women on Sundays. Mike affirms nothing wrong with preserving this as a rule. Some denominations approach it differently.
