Setting up the apologetic challenge

Mike notes that Mormonism is a massive religion with approximately 15 million LDS members worldwide. The main branch is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS). He poses the central apologetic question: apart from subjective feeling, how can Mormonism be tested? He argues there is a perfect way to test it that amounts to proof beyond reasonable doubt.
