Jesus said 'no one knows the day or the hour, not even the Son' (Mark 13:32) during his earthly ministry. Mike's tentative view: Jesus in his incarnation voluntarily limited certain knowledge as part of coming as a man (kenosis); the resurrected and glorified Christ now knows. He says he has a scripture for this but will develop it next week. He rejects the idea that predictors can claim to know when Jesus himself, during his earthly ministry, said the Son did not know.
