Mike is uncertain whether Revelation is strictly linear and has studied/taught through it twice (as a youth pastor). He has taught it differently to youth than he would to an older/more scholarly audience. His tentative personal position: the Two Witnesses are placed in the middle of the Tribulation. He references the 'four views' book on Revelation as a helpful resource for exploring competing interpretive frameworks.
