Egalitarian interpretation of Genesis 3:16

Dr. Linda Belleville (egalitarian, from Two Views ch. 1) offers the interpretation that Eve's desire is for physical/sexual intimacy with Adam, and 'he shall rule over you' means the husband will have sexual demands for the wife. She says 'a better fit with the context is that the man's rule takes the form of sexual demands.' Both sides of the curse, on this view, are about sexual desire rather than authority.
