Mike affirms the theological necessity of transformation — humans cannot enter heaven in a fallen state. But he argues the mechanism is not purgatorial suffering but instant transformation, per 1 Corinthians 15: 'this corruption will put on incorruption... in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye.' God transforms the believer instantaneously, not through a process of suffering.
