Mike says he does not accept this claim, partly because he has not thoroughly investigated it and partly because he views all Pauline letters (except Hebrews, which he does not attribute to Paul) as genuinely Pauline. He notes the question is a 'baited' one from Doug. He acknowledges a group of scholars does hold this view.
