Clarification: the Bible claims inspiration, not dictation

The Christian doctrine of inspiration does not claim God dictated the Bible word-for-word to human scribes (as Islam claims about the Quran). Rather, human beings wrote under some form of divine inspiration, guidance, or leading. This distinction matters because several of the skeptic's objections assume a dictation model that Christianity does not hold.
