The verse describes Paul's practice of going to synagogues to evangelize Jews and Greeks — it contains no command, no universal principle, and no instruction to believers to attend synagogue. Kim also confuses the Sabbath concept (rest) with the tradition of synagogue attendance, which did not even exist when Leviticus was written. Synagogues are an intertestamental development.
