Exposing false teaching is inherently evangelistic — all evangelism involves correcting wrong beliefs about Jesus and salvation

Mike argues there is no meaningful distinction between evangelism and refuting false teaching. Whether the wrong belief is atheism, skepticism, Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, or CoG, evangelism is always a matter of replacing false belief with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Going 'for the throat' of false teaching does not require anger or rudeness but is fully godly and necessary.
