Closing: both Winger and Sye agree Christianity is true and God is real; the debate is about how to honor God and be consistent with Scripture in presenting that to others

Winger summarizes: both men start from the same foundation — Scripture is authoritative, Jesus is real, God exists. The disagreement is about method, not substance. Sye affirms. The tone of the debate has been collegial because both are aiming at the glory of God and faithfulness to Scripture, even while disagreeing on apologetic methodology.
