Key argument: elder's wives have no requirements, but deacon's wives do -- because they're ministry participants

If v. 11 is about wives of deacons, it creates an absurdity: the elder (higher position) has no wife requirements, but the deacon (lesser position) does. This makes no sense. The better explanation is that these women have their own official ministry role. They are co-deaconesses, not merely wives.
