Romans 13:7 echoes the 'Render to Caesar' teaching of Jesus (Mark 12:14-17)

Romans 13:7 reads: 'Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed...' Mark 12:14-17 records the Pharisees trying to trap Jesus by asking about paying taxes to Caesar.
