Mike argues that trusting in Christ means participating indirectly in the fulfillment of OT ceremonial law.

Christ is our Passover sacrifice, so by faith in Christ we fulfill the Passover requirement. Similarly for the Day of Atonement and other feast types. This typological fulfillment is an indirect form of obedience to the original intention of the Mosaic law — following the original intent rather than the literal requirement.
