Respondent requested: (a) eyewitness testimony from various continents — Mike notes we do have eyewitness testimony of Jesus' appearances from the biblical accounts; (b) written testimony from Pilate (indifferent) or the Sanhedrin (hostile) — Mike argues Paul is a superior analog: Paul actively persecuted the church, then converted based on what he claims was a bodily resurrection appearance.
