Acts 14 -- Paul in Iconium and Lystra heals a lame man; Gentiles try to worship Paul and Barnabas as gods. Paul corrects their polytheism but never mentions the Law of Moses.

Winger points out that Paul's evangelism among pagans in Lystra deals with polytheism and idolatry but never instructs them in Torah observance. Even though anti-idolatry is found in the law, Paul presents it as a universal moral standard, not as requiring Torah submission.
