Q&A: Formal argument against Christianity being merely a social construct — resurrection, sudden doctrinal appearance, cumulative case

Limited Atonement, Universalism and why I disagree with both. 00:45:09 – 00:46:40

Viewer Q&A: how to argue against Christianity being reduced to a social construct.

Every argument for Christianity (resurrection evidence, scriptural inspiration, transformed lives, cumulative case) functions as an argument against Christianity being merely a social construct. Additional argument: core Christian doctrines did not develop gradually over time but appeared suddenly and fully formed with the resurrection of Christ — unlike social constructs which evolve organically. Also, if Christianity 'works' socially that is somewhat a compliment but does not mean it is only a construct.

κεφαλή (kephale) — Logos Clippings (Cheryl Schatz)

A curated collection of Logos Bible Software clippings compiled by Cheryl Schatz examining the Greek word κεφαλή (kephale) and Hebrew רֹאשׁ (rosh). The clippings draw from lexicons, encyclopedias, commentaries, and academic journals to argue that "source/origin" is the primary metaphorical meaning of kephale rather than "authority/leader," with implications for interpreting 1 Corinthians 11, Ephesians 5, and Colossians 1.

One such scarecrow refuses to go away and it is time to create a blog post where others who have been hurt by the issue
