Louis Feldman (leading Josephus scholar, Jewish, non-Christian) believed Josephus mentioned Jesus in both passages, estimated 3-to-1 or 5-to-1 ratio of scholars who agree
Expert Josephus scholarly opinion on the authenticity question
Lewis Feldman, the leading Josephus scholar before his death, Jewish and non-Christian, wrote extensively on Josephus and told Licona (in a 2000/2001 email) that he suspected specialists would say Josephus mentions Jesus in both texts, at a ratio of at least 3:1 (possibly 5:1) in favor. Feldman endorsed John Meier's (Notre Dame) toned-down reconstruction of the Testimonium in Marginal Jew, Volume 1.
