Suetonius's reference to "Chrestus" in Life of Claudius possibly refers to Jesus — but Suetonius is chronologically challenged if it does

Suetonius writes in Life of Claudius chapter 25 that Claudius expelled the Jews from Rome "at the instigation of Chrestus." Many historians think this refers to Jesus, but notes that this would be chronologically problematic since Jesus had died 15+ years before this event.
