Church and staff status: Volunteer again, not fired

He is no longer on paid staff because there is no church budget for an "online pastor" position and the youth role is now filled by someone else. He still serves as a spiritual leader at Hosanna, teaches the weekly Sunday night service, and is partially supported through the church budget. He was a volunteer for years before ever being on staff, and is now volunteering again. His church fully supports his direction.
