Mike argues for obedience even if God's reasons seem offensive to culture
If one of the elder qualifications is being male, that may be offensive to our culture, but God has the right to set up His church as He sees fit.
Mike uses hypothetical examples: if God said only bald people or only people over 5'10" could be elders, he would obey. He does not understand the social rage some people have about this issue. God's prerogative to set requirements is absolute.
