Hebrews intercession summary: Christ intercedes for whoever draws near, not a closed list of predetermined elect
Mike's final summary on the intercession argument.
Hebrews is written to present believers who are currently drawing near to Christ. The force is: Christ is alive and interceding right now, so draw near to God through him. The intercession is available to any who draw near — it is not an eternal, closed, selective intercession tied to a predetermined elect list from before time.
