In Revelation 19, saints in glory witness God's judgment on Babylon and cry 'Hallelujah' — praising God for His wrath. Those who are fully in God's presence recognize not only His right to judge but the goodness of His judgments. The condemned had repeated opportunities to repent and refused. The saints' praise validates that God's wrath is not only permissible but genuinely good and worship-worthy.
