Explaining the asymmetry between knowing and showing in evangelism/apologetics

When witnessing to non-believers, the Christian cannot impart their internal witness of the Spirit to others. The toolbox for showing includes: Kalam cosmological argument, argument from contingency, fulfilled Old Testament prophecy, Jesus throughout the OT, historical evidence for the resurrection. These may lead the non-believer to seek the Lord, at which point the Holy Spirit works in their heart.
