Perseverance of the Saints — Mike is unresolved, not firmly opposed

Fifth and final point of TULIP addressed.

Mike does not staunchly reject Perseverance of the Saints but cannot fully affirm it. His hardest case is apostasy — someone who explicitly recants their faith in Christ. On Calvinism this either cannot genuinely happen, or the person was never truly saved. Mike says he is unresolved and plans to do an exhaustive study on "can you lose your salvation" when he reaches the warning passages in Hebrews (chapters 4, 6, 10) during his verse-by-verse Hebrews series.
