Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven are synonyms in the Gospels

Mike recounts doing his own study: he listed all instances of both phrases, tried multiple distinct definitions, then tested each definition in every passage. None held consistently. He concludes the two phrases are essentially synonyms and that readers are not meant to find significant theological distinction between them. He invites counterexamples from the audience.
