Mike shares his personal testimony: he came to faith at age 12 through the 10 Commandments convicting him of sin, then heard the gospel at a youth group he attended to get out of the house, believed immediately, and later pursued apologetics to verify his faith.

Response to viewer asking about Mike’s testimony

Mike describes growing up in a household where faith was not practiced. He was invited to a Thursday night youth group by a friend, primarily for a reason to leave home. The 10 Commandments prompted awareness of his own sin (lying, stealing, taking God’s name in vain). When he heard the gospel of free forgiveness through Jesus he believed it immediately and experienced relief. He later entered apologetics to test whether his belief was rational rather than delusional.
