Medical argument introduced: ancient Greeks believed the heart, not the head, controlled the body

The egalitarian medical argument claims that common Greek medical thinking held the head did not control the body; instead, the heart did. Therefore, when Paul uses the head metaphor for husbands, he is not implying authority but rather that the husband is the 'source' of the wife, as Adam was the source of Eve.
