Deborah's life fits the standard judge pattern (sin, enemy, judge raised, deliverance, peace for lifetime) and she was a rare judge who didn't blow it.

Deborah compared to other judges

Deborah fits the Judges pattern: people sin, are afflicted, a judge is raised up, deliverance happens, and peace lasts for the judge's lifetime (Judges 5:31 — 'the land had rest for 40 years'). She was a rare judge who didn't blow it — she seems solid and good all the way through. God raised her up, intended her to be there, and she had genuine leadership over men in judging cases.
