Was Women's Submission Just a Curse to Be Overturned? Women in Ministry part 2 00:03:08 – 00:04:08

Overview of the two interpretive frameworks for Genesis 2-3

Complementarians argue Genesis 2 (creation of man and woman) shows a husband's leadership role, confirmed by Genesis 3. Egalitarians counter that Genesis 2 has nothing about Adam's authority -- it only appears in Genesis 3 after the fall as part of the curse, and therefore should not be propagated. Some egalitarians deny it's even in Genesis 3.
