Gordon Fee wrongly dismissed men's head coverings as hypothetical -- there IS evidence

Gordon Fee wrote 'there is almost no evidence about men and head coverings' and treated Paul's instructions to men as merely hypothetical with no real-world application. This was a mistake. Richard Oster's 1988 paper 'When Men Wore Veils to Worship' changed scholarship on this topic, showing substantial evidence of Roman men covering heads in worship contexts.
