Mike distinguishes hair length from head coverings in terms of ongoing application.

Hair length seems transcultural because Paul argues directly from nature for it (not just applies it). Men should have shorter hair; women should have longer hair. This is a general rule (how long/short is somewhat culture-dependent). Mike shares that he had long hair at 18 and now thinks cutting it would have been better. RC Sproul: 'in different cultures, you're generally going to see guys have shorter hair than girls.' The transgender movement deliberately changes hairstyles toward androgyny -- Christians should resist this.
