Brad, You are right in that John 12:32 is conditional and the condition is the crucifixion. I want you to see something else in John 12:38 first. There are two questions that are asked that are seen as a fulfillment of what had just happened in John 12:37. There is a cause and effect in John 12:38. Can you see the condition in John 12:38?
