“Do you believe that all people belong to the Father?” Yes, in the sense that He is the Creator of every human being, and hence is sovereign over all of His creation. In other words, he is Lord and King over the universe, and hence “owns” everything in that universe. If you are using “belong” in the sense of the family of God, well the Bible is abundantly clear that only those who have been given to the Son, those who have been chosen by the Father, are adopted into the kingdom of God, and hence are partakers of the divine nature and can claim the promises of the new covenant as their own.
