Rex,
I have had cancer in the past so your list of things to know and avoid is worthwhile seeing.  This time what I have is a nonfatal, stress induced skin disorder that has no cure.  The best I can hope for, apparently, is periods of remission.  The stress has brought a lot of depression and has forced me to take time off to deal with my own emotional well being.  Thank God that I am on the mend and time in the word of God has helped me a great deal as far as my emotions are concerned.
