With evrything on the table what is Isa.3:12 talking about?

The men of Jerusalem won’t even listen to the Women and Children.

The men of Jerusalem are listening to Women and Children (Who are unschooled in God’s Word) and being misled by false teachings. This verse is not saying or impying a women or child can never teach but that women or children must learn God’s word. Also is this verse saying that the women were uneduated just like the children?! Neither
group knew anymore then the other and therefore teaching falsely because of that fact?Is this another prove that women were not taught God’s Word……just like the Talmund taught…history shows it….and The bible said it!
