On Young Earth and Old Earth, it is useful to see that Jews, who have the origins stories in their own language and have studied them for a long time, date this calendar year as year 5679 plus 6 creation days. They do this so that a Jew can ascribe whatever time they wish to a creation day, whether it be 24 hours or much longer.
