“Now, to deal with the matters you wrote about. A man does well not to marry. But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband.”
1 Cor.7:1-2

It appears that each man is given a choice and each woman is given a choice. The word ‘man’ in vs. 1 is ‘anthropos’ (human being) and ‘each man’ in vs. 2 is ‘hekastos.’
