Some people are only consistent where they choose to be. 😉 For instance – diakonos or “deacon” being used to describe Phoebe is the SAME word Paul uses when he calls Timothy and Titus “servants” or “deacons” of their respective churches. But some insist it really can’t mean the same thing because she’s a woman. And presbituro, they say, can’t mean the same thing when referring to a woman because, well, she’s a woman.
