@ymmotrojam @brmorris @CherylSchatz If the latter then why follow this up with “do not forbid”? Since Paul says he is responding to their letter you need to argue why this is not a response to their letter. Judaism has this restriction in the Talmud but the Bible doesn’t. Judaizers have infiltrated.
