@ymmotrojam @brmorris @CherylSchatz Since marriage is always based on its its inauguration in Genesis, we always go back to that. This is not to say that the wife literally comes from her husband today (that’s what vs 11-12 are pointing out). We are mutually dependent. But the first created had that origin.
