Paul already cited the relevant OT passages in 1 Corinthians 11
Mike explains why Paul does not quote a specific OT verse when saying 'as the law also says' in 14:34.
In 1 Corinthians 11:8-10, Paul already grounded gender role differences in Genesis 2: 'For man was not made from woman but woman from man; neither was man created for woman but woman for man.' Since this is the same letter, Paul had already told them which OT passages he was referencing. He does not need to repeat the Genesis citation a few chapters later.
