In principle it is not immoral to PREFER (not require and exclude) men for some tasks and women for others. In biblical marriage and eldership, role differences are clearly taught. Taking that as a cue, you can't make a blanket rule that any preference related to gender is oppressive. But the word is 'prefer,' not mandate.
