Specific preference examples: male firefighters, female childcare workers

It's okay to prefer male firefighters and warriors. It's okay to prefer female childcare workers. We do not have a moral imperative to ensure equal numbers of female CEOs — that's not something to force. You don't need to artificially shove equal numbers of women into positions traditionally held by men. But also don't exclude — have a moral imperative to reject forced gender inclusivity (e.g., Boy Scouts should be allowed to be only for boys).
