Role restrictions are NOT based on women's capacity, intelligence, or gifting

The restrictions are demonstrably NOT because women can't lead or think as well as men. Some women are smarter, less deceivable, better leaders, better teachers than their husbands — yet the husband is still head. The only thing a woman can't do that qualifies men for certain roles is BE A MAN. God wants creational distinctions in manhood and womanhood preserved and on display. Don't treat women as less capable — they're less capable of being a man, that's the only difference. Women's sense of calling and gifts don't override what scripture restricts.
