Scripture does NOT say women must submit to all men — only their husbands. Deborah made rulings over men without a submissive posture. Scripture supports women in positions of authority over men (bosses, queens, etc.). The idea that a woman must exhibit a yielding attitude toward every man she interacts with is unbiblical and leads to abusive attitudes.
