Summary of how far to extend the boundaries: marriage, ministry, and rest of life

In marriage: men aren't the only authority, just the higher authority. Women have authority over children, the household, and husband's body. In ministry: the limit extends to anything functioning as an elder in teaching and authority. Women should be encouraged in everything that isn't that. In rest of life: less strict — positive stereotypes intact, but no hard rules. Both have authority but his is higher, with self-sacrifice. If marriage and ministry are intact, the rest works itself out.
