Conclusion 13: Based on creation and fall, applies to all churches today

ALL The Debates Over 1 Tim 2_11-15: Women in Ministry part 12 (it took me a year to make this) 11:12:38 – 11:13:09

Mike reaffirms the trans-cultural, trans-temporal basis of the restriction.

The restriction is grounded in Genesis 2 (creation order) and Genesis 3 (the Fall), not in Ephesian culture. Because it is grounded in creation and the fall — universal realities — it applies in all churches today. The objection 'you're fighting to preserve the consequences of the Fall' sounds rhetorically powerful but contradicts Scripture's clear teaching. The creation order argument in v.13 is pre-Fall; the Fall argument in v.14 reinforces the same pattern.
