Mike forcefully rejects the misogynistic reading of v.14.
Mike passionately rejects the interpretation that v.14 teaches women are more easily deceived than men. He calls it 'abusive and cruel' and says 'there is every indication that you are wrong — there's just no validity to that interpretation.' He addresses those who would dismiss this as being a 'weak male' by saying they are being 'arrogant' and need to 'let scripture correct you.' He challenges them to reread the text carefully and show where it actually says women are more gullible — it doesn't.
